Bridging gaps in diversity.
Conrad Liveris is changing the nature of the Australian workforce by providing advice and research on the economic and political benefits of diversity.
Just 23-years-old, the Master of Commerce graduate has already worked with a number of decision-makers in business and government to oversee the development of policies and programs that support women in management, LGBTIQ inclusion and generational diversity.
“Once I started reading more about management practice I found myself seeking an equitable world. I want to see workplaces where everyone can flourish,” says Conrad.
“Curtin threw me in the deep end with stellar academics that were able to challenge my thinking and expectations. I now take an evidence-based approach to my work, and rely on data and practical insight to help support managers and leaders [develop better practices].”
Conrad has also co-founded a homeless education and advocacy non-profit, and sits on the board of several arts, community services and healthcare organisations.
